We are small a family run business established in early 2021.

Ricky Allen – Our mortgage advisor has a wealth of experience as a whole of market mortgage broker. His early roots in the industry came whilst working as a telephone prospector at Earth Mortgages in the early 2000’s spending around five years learning his trade.

This was followed by six years working for Approved Financial Solutions in Sheffield where he took his CeMAP qualification to become a fully qualified mortgage advisor.

From there he went on to Police Mutual/Forces Mutual in 2012 specialising in Police & Military personnel assisting and advising them with their purchases remortgages and protection requirements until 2021 when the idea Far & Wide Mortgages was conceived.
